CONDO
FEES ARE DUE THE 1ST OF THE MONTH
Please make your
monthly condo fee
check for $210 payable to "La Maison de la Bonne Vie Condominiums" and
mail them to P.O. Box 7966, Metairie, La. 70010.
The postmark on your condo fee payment determines whether or not
it is late. Condo fee payments are due the 1st of the month but
are afforded
a 10-day grace period. Payments postmarked after the 10th of the
month are delinquent and subject to a $25 fine,
as provided by the
By-Laws. See
Article IV, Section 8.
After the 10th, you must include a LATE FEE with your
condo fee payment
If you mail your condo fee payment
after the 10th of the month, you must also include the $25
fine.
Condo fee payments postmarked after the tenth of the month
not accompanied by
a late fee will be returned with a request asking that you
re-submit the condo fee along with the fine. This
policy may seem odd, but it is a collection practice that has to do
with our practice of filing a lien and, if necessary,
a lawsuit against any unit owner whose condo fee payments are in
arrears. |
