CONDO FEES Monthly condo fees are $210.00 and are due on the 1st of each month. Fees postmarked after the 10th of the month will be charged a $25.00 late fee as provided in the bylaws. Make checks payable to: LA MAISON CONDO ASSOCIATION. |
